Kelleia is the alias of Kelley Kim, a Los Angeles singer-songwriter/producer makes artful alternative pop.
Born of Korean descent in Orange County, California, Kelleia spent her youth immersed in piano lessons, choir, musical theatre, and dance classes. She earned a master’s in urban sociology from the London School of Economics before returning to Los Angeles to explore her musical impulses.
Fusing elements of R&B, pop, electronic, and devotional music, Kelleia's sound invokes comparisons to Bjork and fka Twigs.
She debuted in 2017 with “Diamond Love”, an anthemic single released on all-female, LA-based label Unspeakable Records, and followed with a dreamy, experimental single “Air” in early 2018.
